Submission Guidelines
Please read the below guidelines before submitting an article to the Journal of Law and Public Policy. We request authors to disclose any use of AI in the first footnote on the first page of their article submission document. The disclosure statement must identify the AI tool used, specify what AI was used for, and confirm that all AI-generated outputs were reviewed and revised by the author, who remains responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the work. The Editorial Board reserves the right to decide on publication based on whether the disclosed AI usage meets its academic publication standards.
