Abstract
The author argues that the collapsing of the distinction between the civil judicial system and military law, and the jurisdiction of the military courts and the High Court and the Supreme Court, is detrimental looking critically at the invoking of Articles 32 and 226. In evaluating this development, the author evaluates the proposal of establishing a Court Martial Appellate Court. (Editor’s abstract.)
