Abstract
In a country where over 10,000 pieces of legislation govern various aspects of human life, to be able to know the law in its entirety is an impossible task. Even to be aware of the law applicable to a person in a particular circumstance at a certain point of time is a difficult task. This is further compounded by the apathy and absolute nonchalant behaviour of the state in providing access to legal information
