Rohan Talwar , Rohan Talwar is a lawyer specialising in commercial litigation, with arbitration being one of his core areas of practice and interest. He earned a degree in history from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, followed by a law degree from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat. Rohan has worked at Agarwal Law Associates since 2019 and has recently started his independent litigation practice. Rohan has been involved in a number of cases leading to landmark judgments ranging from the IBC (Ghanashyam Mishra and Sons Pvt. Ltd. v. Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd., 2021) to the Environment (Protection) Act (Central Vista Case - Rajeev Suri v. DDA, 2021) and Electricity Laws (Nabha Power Ltd. v. PSPCL, 2024) . More recently, Rohan argued before a five-judge bench of the Supreme Court in Central Organisation for Railway Electrification v. ECI SPIC SMO MCML (JV), where he successfully opposed the formation of arbitration panels curated by one side. Follow
